Due to significant and sustained growth at our Stoke On Trent operation, we are now looking to appoint a proven and experienced Parts Supervisor to join the Aftersales Team.

The Parts Supervisor role will include:

  • Working in our busy and growing Parts Department the role includes serving customers both on site and on telephone.
  • Serving our Workshop and stock ordering and replenishment and general Parts Department duties.
  • Good communication and computer skills, to work as part of the team and from your own initiative are key requirements for this role.

The Parts Supervisor experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar Motor Trade Parts Department role is essential together with a keen ability to understand the customer’s requirements and develop long term relationships. This role benefits from full training on our company systems.
