An opportunity has arisen with our client in Melrose in the Scottish Borders, for a part-time property professional to assume responsibility for the launch of our newly instructed sale properties. As well as visiting each property and drawing up particulars of sale, the Sales Consultant co-ordinates professional photography and the production of the Home Report via an external provider prior to launching the property publicly via our own and our nominated national websites. The post holder also notifies our database of new launches and explores PR opportunities as well as assisting colleagues with telephone and email enquiries, hosting office visitors and arranging viewings.
Key experience essential for the role: Current clean driving licence
Desirable but not essential: Previous experience in a customer facing role Prior experience in property Ideally, some knowledge of the geography of the Scottish Borders Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word and Outlook
