They are looking to recruit a part time administrator to support their Sales and Marketing Team. This is a brand new role supporting the sales and marketing team with an opportunity to progress within a growing organisation. If you are passionate about supporting the team to maximise sales opportunities this is the role for you.

This role will involve providing administrative support including:
- Carrying out digital research to create call lists
- Support the production and maintenance of sales and marketing literature
- Support organisation of sales and marketing events
- Support the Sales and Marketing Manager to produce sales reports

Based at their office in Melton, Suffolk, the successful candidate will be working around 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible and can accommodate most working patterns.

Responsibilities
- Ability to work to agreed deadline and priorities
- Able to work in an organised fashion to support the sales cycle
- A keen eye for detail and able to produce timely and accurate reports
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to proactively support the sales team
- Proficient in the use of relevant IT systems including MS Word, Excel, PP as well as their own CRM System
- Able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless service to our clients
- Experience of working in a sales environment would be advantageous but not essential

Salary is £18 - 22K (FTE) based on experience

Role is located on an industrial park with ample free parking and access to public transport

Role is for 20 hours per week and hours are flexible
