Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator - Marketing Group

22.5 hours per week worked from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday inclusive with one hour meal break.
We are a duo of a marketing agency and a culture consultancy, each with their own brand and own identity. They work with big names on huge campaigns and complex projects where no two days are the same. The reception team works alongside other Shared Services functions, such as Finance and IT and HR, to support the agencies at all levels in a pragmatic, approachable and client-first manner.
This is a job share opportunity to work as part of a small team providing reception services to our clients and colleagues which requires both a proactive and a reactive approach to cover all requirements.
Previous experience of working in a corporate reception environment would enable you to meet the varying demands of this role along with the ability to be flexible within a team that must work together to provide seamless cover.
You will have proven skills in all things reception such as client meet and greet, call handling, diary management, etc. We’re also looking for someone who can provide admin support to our agencies, skills such as proof-reading, document formatting and template preparation would be hugely beneficial. However, if there is something else that you feel you can bring to the table that can enhance this role in the form of business administration support, we’d like to hear about it.
The working days are Monday to Wednesday from 9:30am-6pm, but there is a requirement to provide full time cover during holiday periods.
