Description
Our client sells and services some of the most prestigious vehicle brands in the world and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA for their Volkswagen dealership in Milton Keynes.
THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE, 20 HOURS PER WEEK ACROSS 5 DAYS
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly expanded division, to support our clients newly appointed Divisional Director. You will be providing secretarial and administration support to enable the division to develop a strong and sustainable long term business strategy.
THE ROLE
* Manage annual, monthly and adhoc meetings, ensuring effective use of time and resources is utilised.
* Operate meeting administration, including invites, agenda, minute taking and actions arising.
* Make arrangements for travel and accommodations, ensuring resources are taken into account (cost, time, location).
* Administer monthly expenses, reviewing contracts and making suggestions for cost effective changes.
* Create and operate processes and procedures for collating divisional performance/operational information and reports.
* Collate and administer presentations (PowerPoint) and reports (Word, Excel).
* Build effective relationships with Dealership PA community and Management Teams within the division and across the Group.
* Administer HR and Payroll procedures, adhering to processing time frames.
THE PERSON
This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
* Have worked in a fast paced corporate and retail environment
* Experience of working at Senior Management level, including management of confidential information
* Able to operate under own initiative
* Have high levels of self awareness and emotional intelligence
* Ideally have experience of the Motor Industry, although not essential
* Experience of working to policies and procedures, including HR and Payroll
* Experience of meeting administration
* Able to effectively use MS Windows
