We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator who also has experience and capabilities to offer PA support Senior Directors in the business.
This will initially be a 6 month fix term contract with the view to go permanent after this period of time.
Key Accountabilites: -Experience of coordinating facilities within a corporate setting -Experience of carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks within a facilities setting -Health & Safety -Fire & Security -Vendor invoicing -PA support to Senior Director -Travel Booking -Hotel Booking -Answering all incoming calls -General office administration
