Our client is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Support Representative to support their field sales team.

A strong background in telephone based business to business customer service and good IT skills is essential.

As the Customer Service & Sales Support Representative you will be responsible for:

Processing of sales orders and associated paperwork
Answering all incoming calls/queries and taking ownership of enquires (via telephone, letter, fax and email), proactively resolving them in order to provide the best possible customer service, in a timely, professional, efficient and friendly manner
Ensuring that the CRM is up to date so that queries can be dealt with quickly and easily
Making outbound calls to customers to advise of changes to orders or services
Typing quotations, liaising with sales reps and providing sales admin support
Making outbound calls to customers cross/up selling products and advising of monthly promotions (some of these promotions will attract incentives or commission)
Liaising with other departments, delivery drivers and suppliers

It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable taking a high volume of calls, so a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a positive disposition is needed to be a success in this role.

Hours Mon-Fri 10am -5pm (With the occasional 9am-5pm or 7am-3pm shift to cover holidays)
