Our client are currently looking to recruit an additional 8 part time customer service advisors to work in a busy inbound contact centre. As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for handling large volume of queries in relation to council tax and benefit queries, you will record the information accurately on the system. To succeed in this role you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you will have previous customer service experience and be able to handle queries involving figures and calculations to help customers understand their bills or payments. The training will be from 6th February 2012 until 29th February Monday to Friday between 09:30am - 3:30pm after the training has been completed you will then be allocated 4 hour shift pattern between Monday to Friday, with the shift patterns starting between 8am - 10am or 12pm - 2pm. The role is offering a pay rate £6.90 per hour on a temporary to permanent contract.
