Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance are working in exclusive partnership with an outstanding business in Leeds as they look to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent, part time basis.
This amazing opportunity has been newly created due to growth through continued success and has the potential to be the perfect role for someone with a proven track record within credit control, looking for a role offering a flexible working pattern and reduced working hours.
The role is to work 22.5 hours, with flexibility as to how this is structured throughout the working week. The business also offers fabulous benefits, including free onsite parking!
You will be responsible for your own accounts, collecting overdue invoice payments and outstanding debts by email and telephone. To succeed in this role, you will be expected to ensure debt is collected in accordance with agreed timescales and that customer service level agreements are adhered to.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Maintaining UK Credit Control inbox
-Setting up and monitoring direct debits
-Posting cash receipts
-Chasing deposit invoices which aren't under a direct debit agreement
-Referring legal issues to the Financial Controller
-Reducing the debtor days
-Working with the Financial Controller to reduce the number of problem accounts and aged debt

-At least 3 years' relevant credit control experience
