Part Time Sales Administrator
Flexible Hours available.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Part Time Car Sales Administrator for our client's busy automotive franchise.
Candidates will be working closely with the Sales Department and will form part of a critical team, providing proactive and highly focused administrative support. Your duties will include processing Sales orders, placing vehicle stock orders, stock control, and vehicle taxation and invoicing for vehicle and accessory purchases. You may be required to liaise with customers in accordance with the needs of the department. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required and liaising with customers.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
Experience of AFRL
• Strong organisational skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be accurate and show attention to detail
• Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Good telephone and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic
Applicants must have Motor Trade Main Dealer Sales Administration experience (Car or Commercial Vehicle)
