Delivering a range of qualifications, including apprenticeships they have quickly become the provider of choice for their growing list of clients, many of whom have worked with them for many years.

As a result of recent growth, they are looking to expand their admin team by taking on a part time administrator. This is a new role with opportunity to progress within a growing organisation. You will be working with a team who pride themselves in providing outstanding admin support to their clients and delegates.

This role will involve providing administrative support including:
- Sending out course information including joining instructions
- Liaising with clients and delegates
- Booking meetings and workshops
- Preparing training materials
- General admin support for the Operations Manager

Based at their office in Melton, Suffolk, the successful candidate will be working around 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible and can accommodate most working patterns.

Desired skills:
- Ability to work to agreed deadline and priorities
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the business
- A keen eye for detail and able to produce timely and accurate materials
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to proactively anticipate and solve problems
- Comfortable communicating with clients, delegates and other partners
- Proficient in the use of relevant IT systems including MS Word/Excel/PP
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver a seamless service to our clients
- Experience of working with a training/apprenticeship company an advantage but not essential

Salary is £18 - 22K (FTE) based on experience

Role is located on an industrial park with ample free parking and access to public transport

Role is for 20 hours per week and hours are flexible
