On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast growing start up Legal business.

You will be pivotal to building a culture in the customer service call centre that supports their brand values - delivering Affordable, Accessible products with Amazing customer service.

You will have overall accountability for fulfilling administrative tasks to process customers paperwork for their Legal documentation. You will also need to be confident speaking to customers and giving accurate advice, updating their CRM system and communicating with the wider team. As they are a start up, you must be adaptable to change in a fast moving environment.

They are looking for a new team member who loves administration tasks and producing accurate paperwork. Ideally you will have 3 years administration experience, a strong work ethic, be driven and able to meet strict deadlines with a high level of productivity. They would love to welcome someone who is forward thinking and always looking to improve processes.

Salary is £18000, free car parking on site, free tea and coffee and even the occasional biscuit!

Based in Kettering, just off Junction 9 of the A14. Commutable from Desborough, Rothwell, Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Northampton
