The company

To work for a large corporate global professional services company based in London Waterloo.

The role

To work as a Partner level PA. This position is still a 6 month FTC paying £30,000. Its a new role which is to support three directors and also be the point of contact for two US partners when in London (they have their own assistants in the US). Arranging travel and diary requirements.

one director is the new Global Sustainability leader who is moving from UK&I to Global. The Leader needs support both to enable her transition and also as she finds her feet in new role.

Two directors are already based in waterloo and are based in Knowledge - theirs will be on going EA support.

Two US partners - they have US assistants so more of a point of contact/book restaurants etc

The Person
You will be happy to work across teams and be able to work as an individual and in a team.
Experience with volunteering or public sector working would be a plus but of course not essential however,
You will have experience in working for a large global company
You are a self motivational and happy to start with a new role and make it their own.
You will have experience in arranging travel to international countries and used to working to a senior level
