Are you a Secretary with strong organisational, numeracy and all round PA skills? If so then we have a great opportunity to cover a 12 month Maternity leave role based just outside Northampton in lovely countryside with parking and a modern environment to work in.

You will need to be adept at managing the Directors diary and ensure daily meetings to discuss their workload or any pressing matters are brought to their attention. Healthcare or Hospital management experience would be of definite interest although not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Operations Director's diary
  • Updating spreadsheets with correct data
  • Minute taking
  • Email management
  • Bed Management
  • Supporting with Patient funding
  • Preparing reports

Skills required:

  • Assertive and organised
  • Strong Secretarial and Administration skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Excel Spreadsheet experience
  • Accurate and detail orientated

Benefits:

  • Hours Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
  • 6 weeks holiday ( includes Bank Holidays)
  • Pension
  • Parking
