PA to exceptional, inspirational CEO
Are you an experienced PA and are looking for that next step or change in your career?
Are you available on a Full Time basis to provide a first class, comprehensive service as a PA to an exceptional, inspirational and dynamic Chief Executive Officer?
Our client is currently seeking an experienced PA with a great sense of humour and engaging personality to join their Birmingham based offices.
Do you have experience:
- Arranging events,
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations,
- Opening and closing client files
- Organising travel arrangements and meetings
- Filing incoming and outgoing post
- Archiving
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good working knowledge of word, outlook and digital dictation
- An organised, methodical approach with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and Listening skills
- Work well within a team as well as working solely using initiative
- The ability to prioritise, be organised and work well under pressure
- The ability to adapt to change if new practises are introduced
It is key to be able to manage your own workload well, and provide a fair and consistent , quality service.
