Cathedral Appointments is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a fixed term period starting immediately (pre-Christmas ideally!) until end March 2018. This is a temporary role at this stage, although you may then be eligible to apply for the permanent post if advertised.
The position is based on the outskirts of Exeter (free onsite parking available), however there may be a requirement to travel to other sites around Devon if needed so own transport and a flexible approach are essential. Expenses will be covered for travel to other offices, and your travel time will fall within the core working hours.
The successful candidate will need recent previous PA experience especially diary management and administering high level meetings
You will need to be a good communicator, team player, conscientious, pro-active and be able to work autonomously
Other duties will include email management, organising 1-1 meetings, completing expenses, taking messages, and other ad-hoc admin tasks
The hours are 37.5 a week (Monday to Friday) and there is some flexibility to vary working hours between 8-6pm subject to agreement at the start of the contract period.
