Automotive Vacancies: Outbound call operative
A Main Dealership in Norwich requires an Outbound Call Operative to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a well established dealership. This position consists of a variety of roles where you will be responsible for ensuring targets and deadlines are met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
The dealership are looking for someone who is friendly and professional, it will be part of your daily task to contact customers to book in their vehicles for MOT’s, servicing and other predictive routine maintenance requirements. You will play a crucial role in customer retention. You will need to have good communication skills and be comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls. You need to be a self-driven and motivated individual that will strive on achieving targets to receive financial rewards for your effort and achievements.
Suitable candidates need to possess customer service experience and are looking to develop their career. Working within a small contact centre team you will be taking inbound and making outbound calls to prospective warm customers.
