Out of Hours Deployment Assistant

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an ‘Out of Hours Deployment Assistant’ to join their operational team based in their Livingston Offices. Our client is an International boutique property maintenance provider covering a diverse range of clients across a range of sectors. They have recently been awarded the Platinum award for Investors in People, Gold for Investors in young people and Health and Wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced office team.
This role is Nightshift however home based, providing an Emergency Out of Hours services between the hours of 17.30pm and 08.00am. Your shift pattern would work on a 4 on, 4 off continental pattern. You will be provided with a laptop and telephones to allow you to carry out this role.
On initial employment you will be required to undertake daily 2-hour training sessions (Monday : Friday) within our operations office based in Livingston over the first 2-week period.
Your duties would include but would not be restricted to:
• Answering Incoming Telephone Calls
• Logging & Deployment of job orders
• Preparation and collation of out of hours report
• Ensure their Global Platform is up to date and accurate
• Liaise with Supplier and Clients alike
• Provide first class customer service
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
The applicant should be willing to use and work on their initiative to get the job done, have excellent time keeping, attendance and organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
Telephone experience is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel would also be advantageous.
