This company is looking for an Apprentice Operations / Sales Support Administrator to join this friendly but busy office. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Team assisting in a variety of tasks including liaising with customers and operatives.

They are Europe's leading online vehicle re-marketing company. From global manufacturers to large leasing businesses and car rentals, they have the solution to sell business vehicles quickly and cost effectively.

Daily tasks will include:
- Telephone liaison with vehicle inspectors and logistics partners
- Management of data feed to logistics partners
- Checking on the finance status of vehicles and obtaining clearance from providers
- Management of vehicle collections
- Liaison with clients to obtain vehicle documentation
- Sending confirmation of purchase/sale & invoices to clients
- Tracking status of deals and updating our admin system

Desired skills:
- Excellent and accurate keyboard skills are essential
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Personal qualities
- Have a mature team approach
- Flexible work ethic
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Use own initiative
- Capable of working under pressure
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Confident on the telephone to speak to the transport company and sales team

Desired qualifications:
- 8 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English

Future prospects:
- Progression within the department and the wider company
- Potential to develop into a Sales Executive or Finance Assistant

Benefits include:
- £15,500 starting salary moves to £17,000 when the 1 year apprenticeship is completed - the job is permanent with no end date

- The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship is done in the office while working on the job. It is not a college day release
- 37.50 hours per week
- There is a month bonus of £125 provided, based on performance
