Role overview:

Looking to develop a career with an award winning business in the financial services industry? Our client is now looking to recruit a hardworking, articulate person to join their Dealing team where you will play a key role in managing out funds custody. In particular you will be; co-ordinating where they are holding the funds on their platform, managing the transfers between locations, generating internal / external MI and being a point of contact for fund managers and suppliers.

What service will you provide to their customers?

- Support in managing our clients relationship with external fund managers with a view to securing access to the cheapest share-classes for our customers.
- Managing transfers between custodian accounts.
- Oversight of their fund universes and ensure the correct share-classes are added and available for their customers.
- Assist with the ‘clean to cleaner’ share-class conversions within their fund universe.
- Assist with the Clearstream funds migration project.
- Bring the Clearstream Settlement Model to the attention of fund managers with a view to them signing up to the service.
- Ensure the integrity of data for funds within their universe and liaise with Data Suppliers to resolve missing data issues; especially if related to target market and appropriateness.
- Be a point of contact for fund providers and deal with queries as necessary.
- Produce and develop internal and external MI to fund managers as and when required.

About you:

- You will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
- You will have some previous experience of office administration or support, or have recently finished your education within the last year.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship management.
- A track record of strong customer service skills and experience.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and calm under pressure.
- Willing to learn, be pro-active, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
- Confident with IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be flexible, adaptable, co-operative and supportive team player.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
