Operations Manager (Coffee Shop) in Letchworth

Our client is looking for a motivated, pro-active & customer focused Coffee Shop Operations Manager, to manage their new coffee shop operation, opening in August 2019.
The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, planning and managing all aspects of Coffee Shop operations, including food and beverage orders, staffing and finance.
Experience of working in a similar setting is essential. The ability to work Monday to Sunday on a flexible rota basis is also necessary.
Our client also requires you to have a good standard of Secondary level Education, including Maths and English GSCE, Grade C (5) or above, and a qualification in food related discipline at Level 3 or above.

Reporting to: Managing Director Responsible for: Coffee Shop team
Hours: 8:45 am – 4:45 pm Days Worked: Monday to Sunday (five days across a rota)
Sundays: 9:30 am – 4:45 pm
Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum (Full Flexibility required, total per week is 37.5 hours)
