We are looking for a hands-on people manager that will be responsible for:

*Managing a large remote based team
*Responsible for the P&L of the function
*Responsible for service delivery, ensuring quality procedures are in place
*Ensure performance is delivered on time and within budget
*Review SLA's and develop strategies to deliver client contracts

Key Skills Required

*Experience of managing large teams and their performance
*Proven P&L and commercial performance experience
*Proven ability to work in a technology led environment
