At a time of growth, which is so reassuring in these uncertain times, this employer are looking for an Operations Associate to work within their business in Knaresborough. A financial Services sector business, they specialise in the Investment banking area and therefore their roles are very niche.

As an Operations Associate, you will hold a supporting role within the business specifically supporting the management team and provide expert advice and administration of client capital gains tax (CGT) records and will assist with projects including client growth and data migration.

You will have a good level of experience in Investments, Funds and CGT and be fully up to date with HMRC legislation. A meticulous eye for detail is essential as there is no room for error and you will also be un-phased by the need to constantly meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.

As an Operations Associate, you will hold a supporting role within the business specifically supporting the management team and provide expert advice and administration of client capital gains tax (CGT) records and will assist with projects including client growth and data migration. You will have held a similar role elsewhere and be experienced in Investments and Funds.

Your level of communication skills will also be well developed as will your problem solving abilities. An aptitude for data analysis and reporting is also a must.

The salary will be commensurate with the skills and ability of the successful candidate and will reflect the support role level within the business. But it must be emphasised that our Client requires a level of experience from candidates who will be able to be productive after a short induction and remote level of training.

Hours of work are 35 per week, Monday to Friday with 22 days holiday (plus statutory days) per annum.

The role is currently home based but when the restrictions are lifted the role will be based in lovely picturesque Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. Interviews will be held remotely.
