Joining them as Operations Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the company; ensuring daily tasks are carried out to a high standard and striving to make the business ‘Outstanding’ whilst incorporating LEAN principles.
You will provide administrative support to their Operations Team to deliver effective sales, lettings, voids, allocations, end of tenancy and arrears services. Working in collaboration with the Customer Services Centre in order to meet the daily service level agreement, you will provide a high quality response to enquiries received via multi-channels and assist in the management of the waiting list on the MIS lettings system, requesting and recording information to prioritise applicants.
In addition to this, the Operations Assistant must maintain a professional, safe and clean reception area; welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate member of staff. You will manage the daily reception duties including administering the post and overseeing the stock of office supplies, literature and stationary.
If you have experience of delivering excellent customer service and have the ability to respond to customer queries using a range of multimedia channels and systems, then they would love to hear from you! An effective team player who can build and maintain effective relationships, you will have experience of assisting in a diverse range of administrative services to support teams to achieve organisational objectives. They’d like you to be comfortable working with a range of IT systems and packages including Microsoft Word and Excel and have evidence of achieving performance targets and working on own initiative within defined guidelines.
Experience of providing administrative support within the Housing sector is highly desirable, as is experience of using CRM systems and housing management systems to record diary notes, repairs, income and performance management information.
