About the Customer Service Representative role:
You'll investigate the volume of customer calls whilst gathering data in order to report on trends and offer solutions and recommendations to resolve any issues. You'll also be reaching out to our customers to conduct customer service questionnaires and manage customer complaints. You'll then collect the results and statistics as well as collating it from raw data into something that can be reviewed and used.
Your day to day will involve data gathering, researching and customer service to ensure we continue to deliver a great service to our customers.
This is a new role to community pharmacy and you'll have the chance to make the role your own.
We have interview time booked out next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all day - so apply quickly to not miss out on this fab role!
You'll be joining our customer service representative as part of the customer service team which sits within the service desk team. Working closely together, our customer communications manager will support you and develop your current skills.

+ experience in data analysis/data gathering
+ experience in a customer service environment
+ innovative approach to gathering data
+ able to notice, track and record trends
+ customer focussed attitude with experience of diffusing customer complaints
