A job like no other! A small and highly successful Analytical company is in search of an Administrator to work in their Operations Department and get involved in what they do.

You will need a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills, along with a mature approach to your work to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, Analysts, Surveyors and Directors.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is as happy working on their own initiative as well as being a team player, as they will be, on occasion, be required to work on their own.

Main Responsibilities
- Work on own initiative and as a part of a small, close knit team
- Make a positive contribution to the day to day running of the Operations / Sales Office
- Keep timely and orderly records
- Perform general office duties, communicating with clients
- Maintaining / producing accurate correspondence, including arranging Site Visits
- Organising Analysts / Surveyors diaries
- Preparing letters, survey reports and invoices
- Sage experience would be an advantage
- IT literate [Microsoft Office] and an understanding of web application

Training will be given to the right applicant.

Benefits include
- Salary of £20,000.00 per annum
- 40 hours per week
