OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADER - OLD TRAFFORD, GREATER MANCHESTER

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 p.a.

The Company

Our client, delivers first class interpreting & translation services to both the private and public sector in and around Manchester.

The Role

Due to expansion, our client requires an Operational Team Leader to join their growing team based in Old Trafford, to manage the flow of day-to-day operations within the team. Ideally they are seeking someone who has experience in managing teams of 5-7 people in a customer care role.

Essential Requirements

Experience in managing small teams in a customer care role is required.

• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communicator
