The Role:
Support the Operations team in carrying out the key functions of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional on-boarding process for contract and permanent associates
- Provide ongoing operational support to our contract and permanent associates as required
- Assist in the creation of contracts for both contract and permanent associates
- Process contract renewals in line with Statement of Work renewals, working closely with the Account Managers to ensure renewals go out in a timely manner
- Assist with the creation of projects and tasks on the internal time card system
- Assist in the maintenance of operational records
- Assist the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the office (ensuring health, safety and security procedures are monitored
- Assist the Recruitment team with scheduling interviews on an adhoc basis
- Assist with general admin duties / cover in the absence of other team members as required

Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential
- Previous experience with onboarding processes and procedures is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good technology skills
- Track record of working in high pressure environments
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
