They are now looking to recruit an Operational Support Administrator to join them to assist the apprenticeship operational support team with the delivery of direct delivery and partnership delivery contracts, by ensuring an effective and efficient administration service is provided.
The role requires data inputting/amendments of new and existing apprentices, handling personal information and supporting their delivery partners with queries and data compliance as well as maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders offering exceptional customer service and support where necessary.
You may be required to assist with the completion of enrolment forms, learning agreements and other appropriate documentation and set up and maintain bespoke electronic filing systems to support the learner journey from recruitment to enrolment.
Candidates must have recent and relevant experience of working in a busy administration environment, of high level data entry into bespoke systems and of working in a customer focussed environment, providing excellent customer service. Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) Outlook and Explorer and using Information & Learning Technology is essential and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
