Description

As an On-Site Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to manage the advertising and attraction of skills matched candidates, carry out volume recruitment and run inductions sessions on site at our clients premises. You will ideally be experienced within engineering / manufacturing or commercial recruitment. You will hold the skills to enable you to develop / build strong relationships with candidates, suppliers and the client, which will result in exceeding their expectations and meeting business and personal KPIs. MS Office knowledge is essential, this role will involve travel between client premises, you will have a full UK Driving licence and access to transport during your working day.
