Joining us as an On-Boarding Coordinator you will be responsible for continuing our existing Client On-Boarding process, providing an end to end service to our new and current Clients. Working alongside, IT, Marketing and Service, you will coordinate all information required for each Client’s system configuration, communicating through email, telephone and occasional Client visits. Managing each Clients’ expectations and working to set timeframes, you will be responsible for providing online demos of each finished module as and when required.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate; It would make a great career move for someone currently working with in an administrative role; all that we ask is that you have strong IT skills, excellent Customer Service experience with sound organisational skills. With a good standard of English and a friendly outgoing personality, you will have a willingness to develop within the role as there will be scope for career progression as we continue to grow in the near future and we will look to develop our colleagues to help them to achieve their full potential.
