We are a thriving pudding manufacturer with multiple awards to our name and recognised throughout the premium dessert market both domestically and globally. Our factory and offices are located in the busy commercial foods area of North West London. Founded in 2012, we have grown from strength to strength each year gaining business in the retail, restaurant and airline industries.

As a result of continued expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Office Manager to join our management team. Pots & Co is on a journey of rapid expansion and are on the road to making the transition from a small to medium sized operation. The Office Manager opportunity is a new vacancy and we are looking for someone with efficient and effective office management experience to come and make their mark! The role carries a high level of responsibility and this is something that the prospective candidate should relish and thrive upon. The right candidate should also have experience of office systems and processes, and also management of office supplies and relevant equipment – organisation and multitasking skills are vital!

The Office Manager Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities of the role are:


+ To ensure the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative and support tasks on a daily basis whilst providing proactive and professional support to managers and Directors
+ Liaising with Managers and Directors to implement relevant processes
+ Liaising with external suppliers of office equipment and services (IT, telecoms, alarm system, office equipment, furniture etc.)
+ Supporting and educating all staff in order to work within relevant processes and guidelines
+ Supporting all employees in accessing HR information and supporting queries
+ To provide HR Administration support Liaising with the external HR Consultant for advice support on HR queries
+ Arranging travel and accommodation for company Executives when required

Role accountabilities:

+ Handling enquiries received in to the office by phone and email, responding accordingly
+ Managing budgets for office equipment and supplies
+ Continuously looking at ways to improve processes and procedures
+ Implement best practice as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the office
+ Influencing others to maintain office processes and appropriate and effective ways of working

Working hours: 8.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
