LOCATION: Toelthorpe Hall, near Stamford, Lincolnshire 
JOB TITLE: Office Manager 
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary between £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on skills and experience 
WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday – Part Time hours and job share will also be considered for the right candidate 

THE COMPANY: Our client are a registered charity who work with the local community in and around Stamford, Lincolnshire to bring the works of Shakespeare and other playwrights to life in the grounds of a beautiful stately home. They now seek an outgoing, adaptable and dedicated Office Manager to join their existing team. 

THE ROLE: The Office Managers role is essentially to be the hub of the organisation, ensuring all aspects run smoothly - both for the creative process behind the highly professional performances produced each summer and the stunning location itself, Tolethorpe Hall just 2 miles out of Stamford, Lincolnshire. The role will be varied - from working with the board of directors to manage the company, to welcoming and dealing with visitors and managing deliveries and office administration. 
This opportunity requires a unique individual to be at the centre of an artistic company as it moves forward into an exciting future. It is an opportunity to be part of a team that truly gives something back to the local community.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant will be a proven self-starter with exceptional administrative, organisational and people skills who would be happy working alone but also has the ability to quickly form great working relationships with an existing team of employees and volunteers. The successful candidate will have previous office management as well as some budgeting or bookkeeping experience but also be able to demonstrate a real passion to help this charitable company achieve all its goals 

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Office Managers role in :-

- Must have experience as Office Manager or in another similar role 
- Excellent organisational, administrative and planning skills 
- Passion and interest for community building and arts would be beneficial 
- Must be able to commute to Tolethorpe Hall, near Stamford, Lincolnshire
