Company Overview:

Our Client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of electronic musical instruments including pianos, keyboards and synthesizers, guitar products, electronic percussion kits, digital recording equipment, amplifiers and audio processing devices.

Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Office Team Leader / Senior Office Administrator, who has relevant experience and knowledge of dealing with and undertaking, the below duties on a regular basis.

As this person will also be the face of the office and 'go to' person

Our Client looking for a candidate who is; personable, confident, friendly, polite, professional, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, ambitious and passionate about what they do. In addition, the candidate must be a fast and organised worker, with excellent attention to detail, good at building relationships, able to prioritise multiple tasks/projects/deadlines and work well under pressure. Furthermore, a positive can-do attitude is key and someone who is looking to develop and grow within a company would be preferred.

Duties:

Key tasks will include; booking flights, hotels and transfers daily, for staff members who are based all over the world. As our Client is a global company, this role is key in ensuring that all staff members get from A to B smoothly, therefore strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.

Further daily tasks will include; ensuring the smooth running of the office, booking and assisting with meetings, ordering food and stationary, assisting the Executive Assistant and staff with tasks as and when necessary, answering calls, dealing with post, liaising between staff and various other administration and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Have worked as an Office Manager before
• Have worked for a big (preferably global) company and managed their offices
• Passion for music / musical instruments is strongly preferred.
