Office Manager/EA (Private Equity) - £50k

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/EA to join our fantastic client, a private equity company. Working in beautiful offices based in the West End your responsibilities will be split between providing 1:1 support to a Partner and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

EA responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Booking international travel
  • Organising meetings
  • Putting together documents and presentations
  • Some personal errands

Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Facilities management
  • Suppliers management
  • General office maintenance
  • Invoices
  • Budgets
  • Assisting with HR

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Able to multi task, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Team player
  • Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills.

Candidates will have previous experience within a similar role in the finance industry.
