Role Purpose

To lead, manage, coach, motivate and engage an Admin team of people to coordinate activities to achieve business goals through effective process management, continuous improvement, quality and a focus on self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of the admin tasks of inbound, outbound, scheduling and Quality inspections across the Early and Late shifts.
- Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly to internal and external clients.
- Client’s communication: daily communication from multiple external McLaren / supplier individuals
- Central point of contact for queries
- Responsible for the upkeep of all performance / reporting trackers
- Accountable for Admin KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve off target measures
- Give feedback to the team, encouraging good performance and having difficult conversations where necessary

About You:

- Experience of managing and running an office, creating and delivering Client performance reports.
- Competent using Microsoft office including advanced Excel skills (Incl. PivotTables and VLookups),
- SAP (preferred but not essential)
- Google studio
- Strong planning, organising and time management skills
- Customer focussed
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Assertive and possesses an ability to influence

Hours: 09:00-17:00

Salary: £24,360 starting salary rising to £28,000 on successful completion of training
