Office Manager/PA – £25-28,000* – South Fulham, London

The Role

We are looking for an organised and conscientious Office Manager/PA to join our team at our busy office in South Fulham. Our business is very well established in the area and we have a strong client base; and the office has a fun and energetic environment and is encouraging of career development. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and develop your career with us!

The successful candidate will be the office manager as well as PA duties to two directors. The candidate will be happy to muck in; we are looking for a down to earth, team player who is not afraid to take on a wide array of tasks and be able to prioritise when needed.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for IT issues, approving holiday and setting up new starters, office maintenance and occasional invoicing.
  • Administering a small car fleet and performing general office admin when needed, with an element of helping the Sales & Lettings Manager with new instructions and compliance
  • Helping to create marketing content, get it printed and then distributed; as well as keeping all marketing materials in the office up to date, such as window cards and property brochures
  • Using an online digital marketing platform to integrate a marketing plan and then taking responsibility for onward marketing emails
  • Any other responsibilities as reasonably required of you

This role will also have a hand in helping to organise events and birthday gifts.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Office Manager / PA:

  • A strong team player that is friendly, approachable and represents the company with pride – as this is a client-facing role in our busy London office; and has a willingness to learn
  • Highly competent in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and proficient in data entry, maintaining a high standard of numeracy and level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, having good time management and able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; and able to maintain a harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and fellow team members alike
