Not Just any office manager….
Choosing the right person to join the RightTrack Learning team is as important to us as picking the right role is to you. We can tell you all about Jaxon, the office dog, our vast selection of 11 o’clock beverages and our love of unusual snacks; or go to great lengths to describe the creative people development projects we design and deliver for a mixture of cool, small and global companies, but instead we’d like you to consider whether you really, truly want:
To work in a small team
You can never hide but every effort is seen. You will be expected to actively (not passively) contribute to the success of the business, but with a scarcity of hierarchy and red tape, you have every opportunity to make a difference.
A lot of responsibility
This role is full-on; there’s no two ways about it. You will be liaising with lots of people about different elements of a long list of projects and tasks. No two days will be the same and dropping the ball isn’t an option. But with as much training and you need and continued support from the rest of the team, this role could be a multi-tasker’s living fantasy.
This role is pivotal to the successful execution of our business growth plans which means we are seeking someone looking for a career, not just a job. Sure, we get that it’s rare nowadays for people to stay in the same organisation for life – don’t forget, it’s our job to encourage people to learn and grow – but we hope to find someone who embraces this role with the sincerity and commitment that we will give back in return.
