To work in a small team

You can never hide but every effort is seen. You will be expected to actively (not passively) contribute to the success of the business, but with a scarcity of hierarchy and red tape, you have every opportunity to make a difference.

A lot of responsibility

This role is full-on; there’s no two ways about it. You will be liaising with lots of people about different elements of a long list of projects and tasks. No two days will be the same and dropping the ball isn’t an option. But with as much training and you need and continued support from the rest of the team, this role could be a multi-tasker’s living fantasy.

This role is pivotal to the successful execution of our business growth plans which means we are seeking someone looking for a career, not just a job. A Snap-Shot of the Role

1. Manage and coordinate admin for numerous, multi-pronged training projects:

  • Organise training schedules with clients and associate trainers
  • Liaise directly with the printing supplier to ensure quality and timely paperwork
  • Process delegate evaluation forms and compile reports for customers 
  • Daily communications with the Customer Experience Director regarding progress of each project 
  • Build rapport with customers and suppliers via telephone and email

2. Support sales team:

  • Make follow up calls to existing and prospective customers
  • Manage diaries / organise meetings / make travel arrangements
  • Add enquiry details to CRM system
  • Print and post sales documentation

3. Office stuff

  • Take in-coming calls
  • Business admin e.g. insurance renewals, membership renewals, HR admin 
  • GDPR data management
  • Manage office stock
  • Manage supplier contracts (printer, cleaner, phone etc)
  • Help organise office socials
  • Support with recruitment
