Office Manager role based in Cork. Multi National Organisation. They sell a great range of high quality non-food products and supplies into the foodservice industry. THE ROLE: Based at the Irish head office in cork, the successful Office Manager will be responsible for managing a multifunctional team including internal sales, customer service, credit control and facilities management. You will be targeted on maintaining and improving customer experience as well as revenue figures for the business by providing clear leadership to staff and training, coaching and motivating the team to hit their targets. You will report to the Operations Director for Ireland and will have a tangible impact on how the business is run. For the right candidate, there is excellent potential to progress into more senior roles down the line.
THE CANDIDATE: A full company induction and product training program is on offer for the successful sales person. You must have management experience and ideally you will have experience managing multi-functional teams in the past. However, our client is also interested in speaking to candidate that may have managed single function teams like sales teams, customer service teams or operations departments. You will be hungry, driven and be looking to carve out a career for yourself.
The company offers a competitive package which is negotiable, depending on your experience.
THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Basic Salary: €35,000
