Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager with a multi skilled background and the capabilities to manage staff as well as cross functional operations.

The purpose of the role of Office Manager is to have complete autonomy of the sales and administration function for a specific arm of the business. Due to the variety of skills within the function in which the successful Office Manager will be responsible for, it is essential you are from a similar background and always adopt a fully hands on working style.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Full management of a small team of Customer Service staff -Involvement with the management of fleet drivers -Customer account management ensuring quality of service through the full process, from initial enquiry to invoicing -Route planning and job scheduling -Order processing -Quote creation -Complaint handling and query resolution -Ability to implement change and work with senior management to support software upgrade -Ensuring all service level agreements are fully adhered to -Set and monitor staff key performance indicators
Key Skills Required
-At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role -Experience in a fast paced environment, managing conflicting priorities -Working knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
