Part Time 20-25hrs/week £24-25k p.a. (annual Pro Rated) plus benefits

This employer are an established IT Managed Service Provider based in London. They provide a full range IT services from Cloud and Connectivity to end user support.

An opportunity has arisen for an Office/Finance Administrator to join on a part time basis supporting the team and working environment. The successful candidate will have office admin skills and will have experience of bookkeeping and credit management.

If you are an excellent organiser and deliver accuracy in financial records, have passion to improve business operations and can deliver results in a busy environment then this role would be great for you.

They imagine this role to be perfect for an individual who wants the flexibility to be available for work during school hours. They anticipate that most of the role can be fulfilled remotely with a minimum of 1 day/week in the office; you must be able to commute to their offices as required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage customer/supplier invoicing on accounts package
- General bookkeeping and accounts
- Credit control accounts payable and receivable
- Oversight of supplier relationships and accounts
- Deal with customer financial queries/issues to resolution
- Posting staff expenses and credit card bills
- Reconcile billing for deliveries, incidental expenses and purchases
- Manage all external vendors/suppliers for smooth running of business functions
- Reporting of customer financial data on monthly basis

Secondary Responsibilities
- Deal with all non-technical communication and visitors to the office
- Maintain stock levels in office (Stationery and Consumables)
- Arrange deliveries and collections for business operations
- Assist with maintaining Health and Safety compliance for staff and office
- Arrange team bonding, rewards and events
- Schedule travel, accommodation and itineraries for company travel and events

Must have excellent management, communication and organisation skills, possess the ability to multi-tasks and have a proven track record in accounts and administration.

Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs relevant experience
- Good IT literacy/MS Office Apps
- Excellent knowledge of accounts packages
- Self-motivated and ability to learn
