Office Coordinator & PA to CEO

Are you an experienced PA & Office Coordinator or have experience in a similar role? This role could be for you! With an initial focus on managing the return to the York office after a year of working from home, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the office. You will also provide PA support to the CEO.

Office Coordinator & PA to CEO Responsibilities:

- Responsible planning and agreeing with the SLT what the appropriate office layout and project managing any layout change projects.
- Managing and liaising with contractors at the York site.
- Responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety at the York site.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring appropriate stocks are maintained in line with budget costs.
- Support and manage the CEO’s diary and appointments.
- Organisation of travel and accommodation for the CEO & CFO.
- Manage the CEO’s expenses claims.
- Assisting the Senior Leadership team with any administration tasks and ad hoc duties.

Office Coordinator & PA to CEO Requirements:

You will ideally have experience working in an office management and senior management support role. Other skills will include:

- Proficient with all main MS Office applications, including Teams.
- Excellent organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven good standards of written and spoken communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work; and
- Relevant BTec qualification or grade B in English & Maths GCSE as a minimum.

About the company:

Our client is a market leader in the provision of private mental health services and are looking for an experienced PA & Office Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Location: York / home based

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week / 9-5 Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent
