Office Coordinator/ Admin - BRISTOL

Working for a Finalist in the Lloyds National Business Awards 2016 for Innovation.

Inputting data onto the operating systems, we are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and excellent customer service skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide reception cover, dealing with telephone callers and visitors to the office including people who use our services.
  • Ensure that all keys and documentation are issued to the correct personnel and that tracking processes are in place.
  • To advise and direct customers /drivers to the location of the vehicles
  • Provide general administration support as and when required

This is a brief outline of expected duties, as the role grows there will be additional responsibilities.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data processing skills
  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Clear, concise communication skills both verbal and written

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team, ideally someone from an administrative/automotive background however full training can be given. The ability to multitask and prioritise is vital.
