Office Coordinator

Our client is looking for a full time office coordinator to join their small, friendly team. Our client is a UKAS accredited Laboratory providing Microbiological Services to the Healthcare Sector.

They are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail as well as being confident and friendly on the telephone. You will be dealing with incoming calls to the company from customers and suppliers so you will be expected to have a professional and welcoming telephone manner. Your position will consist of taking technical messages, dealing with customer queries, coordinating collections and deliveries using a third party courier as well as internal drivers.

You must have the ability to multi-task as well as working on your own initiative. As part of the role you will be using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook so experience in these platforms is essential. Our client is a fast pace company so requires someone who is motivated and willing to learn.

Hours are 09:30 - 18:00 : Monday - Friday

Salary £18 - £20k DOE
