Main Purpose of job: To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the accounts manager and operations manager as required.
- Answering general enquiries / queries by telephone email or in person - Maintaining records filing systems and computer files - Obtaining information from the computer - Using sage for booking out tickets and following the process to invoice - Working closely with the accounts department and the operations manager - Keeping office clean and tidy
Role As an office clerk you will be expected to act as part of a team and as such your job role may differ from time to time and require you to help others to complete their duties.
Training Full training will be given
Start time 7.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
Holidays entitlement is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays
