This is a full time role for someone with at least 1 year of previous experience in an office environment. The position is integral to the smooth running of the Northampton Office.
You will need to be well organised, have a keen attention to detail, a flexible approach and be able to cope with a variety of demands placed upon you, sometimes at a moments notice.
Main responsibilities will be collecting & opening the incoming DX mail & opening of the Royal Mail, franking of the Royal Mail & delivering the outgoing DX mail in the afternoon, photocopying, archiving & requesting files, daily banking (you will need to be a car driver/owner). Front of house duties to include answering the switchboard & meeting & greeting clients along with a wide variety of office administrator tasks.
This is a busy role, suitable for someone with the tenacity to deliver an exceptional support service to the Office.
