Up to £26,000 depending on experience

The Company:
Our client is based in the UK and is Europe's largest manufacturer of conveyorised dryers,utilising forced air, infra red energy and ultra violet radiation. These dryers are predominently used to dry surface coatings applied during the screenprinting process. However, our client’s flexibility and continuous improvement ethos means demand for new application solutions are being designed and developed on an ongoing basis. Our client has installed over 12,000 items of equipment in more than 90 countries.

The Role:

A new position has arisen within our client’s general Office/Accounts department due to company expansion, this presents an ideal opportunity for the candidate to join a professional and internationally focused organization that will foster and develop their talent. Whilst this will be an Accounts role there will be opportunities for this person will grow into a long term and valued member of a small team dealing with all aspects of Company business.

Responsibilities will include all Accounts functions including wages, Supplier Payments, Bank reconciliation, Preparation of monthly management accounts plus general administration and telephone answering etc.

You will use computer systems including MS Office, CRM & Sage 50 and Adobe Acrobat, use of SAGE 50 for accounts and invoicing is a key requirement and the use of All Day time systems for wages is a distinct advantage
You will support external suppliers and customers with relevant documentation.
Ideally you would have 5years experience in a similar accounts environment using SAGE Accounts & Wages

This role demands a keen attention to detail and ability to absorb and retain information. The candidate needs to be a great communicator, and able to think commercially and prioritise their work load.

37.5 hours/week. (9am to 5pm) Salary £22 - £26k depending on abilities
