Role:            London Receptionist/Office Administrator

Location:       Westminster Office, London

Salary:          £27,000 plus competitive benefits package

FSB is seeking a professional, customer service driven administrator to join its policy and public affairs team in Westminster. In this role you’ll be the face of the Westminster Office, welcoming guests on reception. In addition to this, you’ll also be providing high quality administrative support to the various teams based in the Westminster Office, as well as the Director of External Affairs and Advocacy

In this position you will undertake two different roles. Firstly, managing reception by greeting all internal and external visitors, managing the room booking system and sorting and distributing post.

Secondly, as administrative support for the Westminster Office; you will be required to coordinate and book travel and accommodation, process invoices and expenses, and provide the FSB teams in the Westminster Office with a high standard of administrative support to facilitate their effectiveness.

In this position, there will also be opportunities to assist the Office Manager with managing, planning and organising various events in the Westminster Office Calendar, including the Chairman’s Annual Dinner and the Chairman’s Summer Reception.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level, with a grade C or above in English and Maths. They will also have experience working in a customer facing role as well as experience working in an administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required, as well as a good working knowledge of various MS packages.
