They are always looking for people who want to explore new ways of doing things and help customers solve problems. They are now looking for two part-time office administrators to join their growing team at their London based plant in a job share capacity.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibility is to provide an outstanding and seamless daily service to new and existing customers, and partners. You'll be first point of contact for all incoming queries about products, orders and invoices and see it as your priority to solve them in the best and most effective way.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Expedite and own the purchase and sales orders process
- Resolve invoice queries with Finance team
- Arrange packing and transport to international clients.
- Ad hoc admin tasks

This role will suit somebody with proven administrative experience, who enjoys being part of a small team and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Natural networker who enjoys building relationships and solve customers' queries
- Team player but also happy to work independently
- Hands-on and eager to learn
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Additional European language particularly German
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some lifting will be required

Vacancy B: Monday - Thursday 12.30pm - 4.30pm - Friday 12.00pm - 4.00pm
- 20 hour per week
