We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to help us in the next stage of our company growth. The role holder will take responsibility for a variety of office support functions along with PA support including diary management. Your day-to-day will involve carrying out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately including managing job sheets, updating records, raising orders, quotes and invoices.
Key responsibilities: Housekeeping of the office such as ordering stationary and supplies Deal with incoming correspondence through emails and calls Maintain office systems Manage the company’s social media pages Manage live jobs including the organisation of installations Any other administrative jobs as instructed by the director
Person Specification IT proficient with an excellent knowledge and experience of standard computer software applications, mainly MS Office Experience of processing quotes, orders and invoices Good self-organisation and management skills Excellent numeracy and literacy skills A keen eye for detail as accuracy is important
